Reservation Policy: We highly recommend that you make reservations prior to arrival especially during weekends, holidays, and in-season periods to insure your accommodations.  You must be twenty-one (21) years or older to rent a room at the Meaford Motel; Photo ID is required at time of check-in.

Reservation Request & Inquiries: Your on-line or email reservation requests does not constitute a reservation until you are contacted by us. We need a valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation. Otherwise the reservation won’t be guaranteed. Also the reservation can be guaranteed by paying one night’s rent as deposit. Once your deposit has been processed we will issue you a confirmation number.  All request and inquiries will be responded to during regular office hours.   Please note our On-line Reservations & Availability Inventory are subject to change without notice due to the fact it is not "real time" so for updated availability please contact us at 519-538-5799.

Daily Room Rates: All room rates are based on two persons per room per night and are determined by dates requested, room type, and subject to availability. All rooms are subject to applicable taxes.  Rates may change without notice. Holiday periods rates are slightly higher.  Subject to minimum night stay during Holiday periods.  During In-season periods regarding to one night stays on Saturday arrivals rates are slightly higher.   Rates based on a per night basis and subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy: The Meaford Motel has a twenty four hours prior to arrival cancellation policy.  If you notify us that you are canceling your reservation at least twenty four hours prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded. All cancellations must be made by telephone at least twenty four hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Payment Methods: Your balance is due on arrival at check-in or your balance will authorized on a valid credit card until your departure at check-out.  We accept Cash, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Currencies accepted are Canadian and U.S dollars only.  Sorry, No Personal Checks
